* feat: add prismlauncher instances plugin

* declare prismlauncher dependency

* Remove leading slash from launcher prefix

* Change tags for plugin.toml

Updated tags in plugin.toml to better reflect functionality.

* fix: use noctalia.listDir

* mention prismlauncher dependency in the readme
